Have your say

The Coordinator-General has prepared draft terms of reference (TOR) for an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Inland Rail – Helidon to Calvert project.

The draft TOR sets out the matters the project proponent, Australian Rail Track Corporation Limited (ARTC) must address when preparing the EIS.

The public comment period on the draft TOR was previously open between 6 May 2017 and 5 pm, 5 June 2017.

The Coordinator-General has decided to extend the public notification period until 5 pm, 26 June 2017 to allow further opportunity to comment on the draft TOR.

Comments received during the comment period will be considered by the Coordinator-General in finalising the TOR.

You are invited to comment on whether the draft TOR adequately covers all the matters ARTC must address when preparing the EIS.

The Coordinator-General will consider your comments before finalising the TOR.

Comments close at 5.00 pm 26 June 2017.
