Community Hubs and Partnerships (CHaPs) is achieving social and economic benefits for Queensland through greater cross-agency and sector planning for social services and infrastructure.

We held a Transforming communities through cross-sector partnerships forum in March to explore the benefits and challenges of collaborative and place-based approaches.
